Using our Electric AGA for Christmas Dinner

Cooking Christmas dinner with an electric converted AGA

This year was first year we used our electric AGA to cook Christmas dinner for the family and it couldn't have been more successful. The accurate temperature controls made it a breeze and the space freed up in the oven allowed me to keep the veg warm while the turkey finished cooking.

The AGA delivered exceptional results. Our turkey cooked through perfectly without drying out. We also cooked a beautiful nut roast in the bottom oven along with the scrumptious pigs in blankets below.
